If your freight takes up roughly half the truck's space or less, using a partial is a great option. It can often be priced similarly to traditional LTL but with much faster delivery—typically arriving in about a quarter of the time. You can expect to be between 35-70% the corresponding FTL rate. Please note, since the driver will be making multiple stops there might be an additional day or two of transit time. The goal is to have your freight hitch a ride with a truck already heading to the desired area.
